I am a London and Cotswolds based, registered Integrative Psychotherapist and Occupational Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience across the NHS, Priory Group and private practice.
I offer therapy, coaching and wellbeing support to individuals, groups and organisations. My practice is rooted in evidence-based approaches and shaped by many years of working with people across different life stages, cultures and contexts.
I bring a collaborative, compassionate and clinically informed style, drawing on psychological, somatic and social models to support whole-person understanding and sustainable change. Whether I am working one-to-one, facilitating group process or supporting workplace wellbeing, my aim is always the same- to meet you where you are, with clarity, respect and curiosity. Together, we work towards greater self-awareness, resilience and meaningful transformation.
I have regular clinical supervision and continuing professional education and am a registered member of United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and Health and The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I hold the following qualifications BSc Honours Occupational Therapy and MSc Integrative Psychotherapy.
