Anxiety often doesn’t look the way people expect it to.
Many of the people I work with are high-functioning, capable and outwardly coping- yet internally feel tense, over-stretched, caught in cycles of overthinking or seek short-term unhealthy coping behaviours.
Anxiety Reset is a small, therapist-led 6-week group designed to offer a structured and supportive way of working with anxiety, without pressure or overwhelm.
This programme is not open-ended group therapy. Instead, it offers a clear framework for understanding anxiety, calming the nervous system, and developing steadier ways of responding to stress- alongside others who may be experiencing something similar.
Over six weekly sessions, we will explore:
What anxiety actually is, and why it shows up
Practical ways to regulate the nervous system
How patterns of thought and behaviour can maintain anxiety
Building internal steadiness and resilience
Creating a realistic plan to support yourself going forward
The group is intentionally small to keep the space contained, respectful and confidential. You are never required to share more than you feel comfortable with.
Anxiety Reset begins on Tuesday 21 January, 2026 and runs for six weeks. It is suitable for adults who want practical tools, professional guidance, and a calm, supportive group environment.
